In Japanese, tamago means eggs and yaki means grill, it typically means rolled omelette in broad term. Tamagoyaki is one the most well-loved protein side dishes in every Japanese home by adults and children and made by rolling thin layers of eggs in a frying pan. Great for breakfast or use as filing in sandwich or sushi.

INGREDIENTS
8 eggs
2 tablespoon of SIS Next Half Calorie Sugar Blend
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
A pinch of salt
Cooking oil as needed
METHODS
- Add eggs, sugar, soy sauce and salt in a bowl and mix well.
- In the frying pan, heat the cooking oil and pour a thin layer of egg mixture, tilting to cover the bottom of pan. Start rolling into a log shape after
the egg has set.
- Pour the egg mixture again and this time to lift the omelette and spread the egg mixture underneath and evenly on the bottom of the pan.
- Repeat for another 4 rounds. Remove from heat and slice into 1cm pieces for serving.
