INGREDIENTS
1 packet agar agar powder
90g SISNext Zero Calorie Sweetener
250ml thick coconut milk (santan)
170ml evaporated milk
Food colouring (Brown, Yellow, Green)
1 liter water
1/4 tsp salt
Pandan leaves
Mixed fruits
METHODS
  1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients together. Stir well to dissolve the mixture.

  2. Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Once it reaches rolling boil, remove from heat and pandan leaves.

  3. Divide the mixture into 4 portions and add food colourings to 3 of them (brown, yellow, green) and one left plain (white)

  4. Use a sunflower mould and pour the coloured mixtures in this order: brown, yellow, white and green

  5. Make sure each colour is set before adding in the next colour. Add in the mix fruits in between the layers

  6. Let the jelly cool down to room temperature before transferring to fridge to chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
