Wok fry Teppanyaki Style Pork

INGREDIENTS
500g of fresh pork collar, thinly sliced
50g of young ginger, thinly sliced
3 stalks of spring onion, sliced thinly
1 piece of chilli, thinly sliced
60g of onions, sliced
50g of margarine
Dash of roasted sesame seeds

Teriyaki Sauce
30g of SISNext Zero Calorie Sweetener
100g of water
100g of light soy sauce
100g of mirin
100g of white wine
2 cloves of garlic, minced
30g of ginger, minced
METHODS
  1. To prepare the Teriyaki sauce, add SISNext Zero Calorie Sweetener and water in a sauce pot and bring to a boil.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients listed under "Teriyaki Sauce" and simmer for 2 minutes. Set aside to cool.

  3. Marindate the pork with the cooled sauce for 10-15 minutes.

  4. In a wok fry pan, add margarine, sliced onion, ginger and fry until fragrant. Add the marinated pork and fry over high heat till fully cooked.

  5. Add in chilli, spring onion and roasted sesame seeds for a final, quick stir. Serve immediately while hot and fragrant.
